At West End Sportsmen's Club, we have a 100 yard Pistol/Rifle range, with a heated, covered shooter's shed that can support up to four shooters at once. Along with the range there is a Scatter board for testing shotgun shot patterns, a 50ft archer range, and trap house with 2 different automatic launch sites.
10am - 8pm or Dusk (whichever comes first) 7 Days a week
The range is closed when the range has been reserved by law enforcement or military training. Watch the website or our Facebook page for details.
We Offer Gun safety and host Hunters Education courses for WDFW several times a year.
We have friendly .22lr caliber shooting competitions several times a year.
Trap Shooting every Saturday.

o All Firearms that are not holstered must be cased and unloaded while going to and from the range.
o Before shooting, ensure range entry gate is closed. Set up “Range Hot” sign (located in shooters shed) after Shooters Shed entry door and before range, with the face of the sign pointed towards the gated range entry point to notify any newly arrived shooters that the range is Hot.
o Eye and ear protection must be worn at all times and prior to entering the range vestibule.
o Always keep firearms pointed in a safe direction.
o Be sure the firearm is safe to operate.
o Know and understand the operating mechanism and safety features of your firearm.
o Use only the correct ammunition for your firearm.
o Respect Others: There is a one-hour time limit for use of the range if patrons are waiting.
o Always keep the action open and firearm unloaded, with magazine removed until ready to shoot.
o Use only official targets properly placed in front of the backstop. Explosive targets are not permitted.
o Tracer, armor piercing, and incendiary ammunition is prohibited.
o Always keep your finger straight and rigid along the frame rail and off the trigger until you are ready to shoot.
o Fire only when all persons are behind the firing line and safe conditions exist.
o If you brought more than one firearm, shoot only one at a time.
o Only one guest per member is allowed per session, unless pre-authorized by Club Board members,
o Upon hearing “CEASE FIRE” stop all shooting immediately and put down your firearm and back away from the firing line. Shooters may not re-approach the firing line or pick up their firearm until an “ALL CLEAR” signal is given.
o No open toe shoes or low-cut tops.
o Alcohol or drug use before or during range use is strictly forbidden. Violation of this rule will result in an instant expulsion from range and membership will be reviewed by Club Board members.
o Clean Up behind yourself. Please place your trash into the trash receptacles and your spent brass into the recycling receptacles. Remove all targets from the range and target backstops. Do not leave used or unused targets up on backstops when leaving.
o When going downrange, stay on the walkways to and from the target Stands, only leaving pathway when perpendicular with target backstops.
o If a hang fire or squib round occurs, keep the firearm pointed down range for a good 60 count (approximately 1 minute), remain in your firing lane, remove unspent round, and deposit it in the steel box located inside the range shack. Notify the range officer or a member of the board that there is a live round in Steel Box.
o If the firearm has a malfunction and cannot be immediately cleared by the shooter, the firearm will be pointed down range, remain in your firing lane, and call the RSO (Jason Earls) 360-460-4346 for assistance.
o Act responsibly all times. Horseplay or any other unsafe activity will not be tolerated and will be cause for the participant being ejected from the facility.
o If you start a fire in the shooting shed wood stove, ensure fire is extinguished when leaving. Before starting fire ensure no burn bans are in place and no flammable objects are near stove before starting fire.
o New shooters without experience need to be accompanied by an experienced shooter or contact the Range officer (Jason Earls) for range training before you are permitted to use range.
